Be first to every local deal.
Pouncify is a desktop app that watches Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp and Kijiji for you. Tell it once what you're hunting — it checks every marketplace around you and alerts you within minutes of a fresh listing, before the good ones are gone.

Watches Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp (US) and Kijiji (Canada) — one search covers them all.
From listed to yours, in minutes
Good deals don't wait. On a busy marketplace the underpriced sofa, GPU or stroller is spoken for within the hour — usually by whoever saw it first. Pouncify makes that person you.
Someone lists a great deal
A $600 sofa goes up for $150 across town — while you're at work, asleep, or living your life. On any given day it could appear on any of four marketplaces.
Pouncify catches it
The app on your computer polls each marketplace slowly, spots the new listing against your saved search, and checks it's genuinely fresh — not a stale repost surfacing late.
You get the alert — and reply first
A ping lands where you already are — Telegram, email or Discord, and push on your phone once the mobile app ships — with the photo, price, location and a link straight to the listing. You message the seller while everyone else is still scrolling.
Anything people sell locally
Pouncify is category-agnostic: if it's listed for local pickup, it can be watched. Furnish an apartment, outfit a workshop, gear up a hobby, or find your next car — vehicles go deepest, with make, model, year, trim and price history.
Built to catch deals, not to spam you
Fresh means fresh
Alerts are gated on a listing's real posting time, not just "new to us" — so you're not racing to a sofa that sold last Tuesday.
Every marketplace at once
One search covers Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp and Kijiji — region-aware, so you only see the ones that serve your country.
Price drops & relists
Every listing's price history is tracked. A drop on something you're watching pings you; a delete-and-repost at a new price is caught, not counted as "new".
Your phone, too
Pair an iPhone or Android with a QR code for push alerts and searches you can check from anywhere. In testing — not in the app stores yet.
Alerts where you already are
Telegram, email or Discord — with the photo, price and a direct link. No digest to dig through. Phone push lands the same way once the mobile app arrives.
You set the pace
Active hours, gaps between checks, daily budgets, one-click presets from cautious to aggressive — it behaves exactly as carefully as you tell it to.
Your searches stay yours
Deal hunting reveals a lot — where you live, what you drive, what your kids need. Pouncify is built so nobody learns any of it, including us.
Runs on your computer
The watching happens on your machine, from your own home connection — not in a cloud that logs every search you make.
No account, no signup
Download it and go. There's no Pouncify login, so there's no profile of you to build, leak or sell. Your marketplace sessions never leave the machine.
Your data stays home
The only traffic out is the alerts you configure plus anonymous crash reports and usage counts — never your searches, listings or logins. The full privacy story fits on one page.
Every marketplace, one calm screen
Fresh finds in a sortable grid — price history, freshness and red flags at a glance, on Windows and macOS, in light or dark.
Shown with demo data. Your listings come from your own searches.

Fair questions, straight answers
How fast are the alerts?
Typically within minutes of a listing appearing, depending on the checking pace you allow. Pouncify deliberately checks slowly — you set the schedule, the gaps between checks and the daily limits, and alerts arrive as fast as those limits permit.
Which marketplaces does Pouncify watch?
Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp (United States) and Kijiji (Canada). Pouncify only offers the marketplaces that operate in your region, and one saved search covers all of them at once.
Do I need accounts on the marketplaces?
Craigslist, OfferUp and Kijiji need no account at all. Facebook Marketplace requires your own Facebook login: you sign in once inside Pouncify's browser window, and that session stays on your computer — it is never sent anywhere.
Is automated watching allowed by the marketplaces?
Most marketplaces' terms don't formally permit automated access, so Pouncify is built to behave like a careful person browsing: it reads listings only, never posts or messages anyone, uses your own logins on your own computer and IP, and paces itself with randomized gaps, daily budgets and active hours that you control.
The choice to use it — and any account risk — stays with you; the app's license agreement spells this out plainly.
What does the free version include?
One saved search, watched across every marketplace Pouncify supports in your region, checked as often as every few minutes inside a daily window between 7am and 10pm, with alerts on all channels. One paid plan — Pounce, $8.99/month, everything included — is coming but not launched; early installers lock in that price for as long as they stay subscribed. Until then the free tier is the whole app.
Does Pouncify message sellers or buy things automatically?
No. Pouncify is read-only by design: it never contacts sellers, never posts, never bids. It tells you the moment something good appears — messaging the seller is your move.
Can I get alerts on my phone?
Yes — Telegram alerts work on any phone today. Dedicated iPhone and Android apps are in testing, not yet in the app stores. Once they ship you pair by scanning a QR code, then get push alerts and can manage searches from anywhere. Your computer does the watching either way, so it needs to be on.
Where is my data stored?
In a local database on your computer, under your own user profile. There is no Pouncify account and no cloud copy — we never see your searches, your saved listings or your marketplace sessions. One click in the app wipes everything.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), and macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 or later). Intel Macs aren't supported yet. Your computer needs to be on for watching to happen — Pouncify sits quietly in the tray/menu bar. Companion apps for iPhone and Android are in testing, so you'll be able to keep an eye on it from your phone, but they pair with the computer rather than replacing it.
